This development stands out for its innovative design, advanced technology, and profound respect for the environment. The project, which involved an investment of \u20ac80 million, covers more than 29,000 square meters and 175,000 square meters of green areas. It consists of 164 homes designed under the Branded Residences typology: living in a home with all the services and amenities of a five-star hotel.
