Higuerón Real Estate presents South Residences: luxury, sustainability, and art in an exclusive event

Higuerón Real Estate, the luxury real estate agency, has presented its residential project, South Residences, to more than 120 real estate agents and 54 agencies. This development stands out for its innovative design, advanced technology, and profound respect for the environment. The project, which involved an investment of €80 million, covers more than 29,000 square meters and 175,000 square meters of green areas. It consists of 164 homes designed under the Branded Residences typology: living in a home with all the services and amenities of a five-star hotel. The first phase, consisting of 140 homes, will be delivered next May, and prices range from €400,000 to €2.2 million.
