Waterfall Residences, Higuerón Real Estate's new offering, is now open.

The new complex features 233 exclusive residences spread across a 26,272 m2 plot and over 7,000 m2 of green space. It also includes seven residential developments with evocative names such as Virginia, Niagara, Iguazu, Havasu, Angel, Yosemite, and Victoria, which promise an unparalleled living experience, in line with Higuerón Developments’ philosophy of creating spaces that go beyond the conventional.

“At Higuerón Real Estate, we are very pleased to have obtained the permit to begin developing Waterfall Residences. This new project not only raises the company’s standard of excellence and reaffirms our commitment to exclusivity and differentiation, but also stands out as a top-quality project, fully integrated into its surroundings and featuring an innovative and exclusive design conceived to meet the demands of an increasingly demanding market,” highlights Javier Rodriguez, CEO of Higuerón Developments.

Following approval, construction will begin on 71 homes, including 21 Garden Villas, 34 Deluxe Apartments, and 16 Sky Villas. Each space is meticulously designed to maximize comfort and style, ensuring a first-class quality of life. Residents will have the privilege of enjoying the Higuerón Resort’s services, beyond the amenities of a 5-star hotel. They will have access to the Sports Club with paddle tennis and tennis courts; a Spa with different circuit and treatment options; and a culinary offering featuring Diego Gallegos, chef of the Sollo restaurant, awarded one Michelin Star, one Green Michelin Star, and two Repsol Suns. They will also enjoy the Beach Club, located on one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. All this from the comfort and privacy of home.

Furthermore, among the elements that will shape the residential complex are waterfalls, which give their name to the residential modules. These not only enrich the aesthetics of the space but also foster peace and serenity, allowing residents to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with nature. This holistic approach to residential design reflects a growing trend toward seeking a personal retreat that offers both luxury and environmental sustainability.

Along these lines, Higuerón Real Estate is becoming a pioneer on the Costa del Sol by introducing a greywater system in a residential development of this nature, with the goal of aligning itself with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (UN). Renewable energy supply equipment and elements to reduce the carbon footprint, water footprint, and environmental impact will also be installed. These policies are reflected in the energy consumption and emissions ratings, and in the Breeam certification.
