Chronology

1998 Villa Agapantos This residence marks the beginning of a new way of living in luxury, with an avant-garde design that transcends time. Its pure geometric lines and the use of noble materials such as natural stone give it an elegant, sober and contemporary identity. Conceived as a sequence of frames open to the bay of Fuengirola, each room is oriented to capture the light, the landscape and the calm of the Mediterranean environment. A villa that represents the perfect fusion of architectural innovation, timeless aesthetics and connection with nature.

2001 Villa Sena Its design is deployed in clean and balanced volumes that dialogue with each other, generating fluid and dynamic spaces. Working with different heights and shapes allows the tour through the house to become an enriching experience, where each transition offers a new perspective. The exteriors blend with a garden of soft and modern lines, in a perfect balance between grandeur and minimalism. Natural light, the undisputed protagonist, bathes every corner, enhancing the purity of the materials and the spaciousness of each space.

2012 Higueron Hotel Its design, based on a herringbone structure, was conceived to maximize views to the south from a site that originally opened from north to south, thus achieving a privileged visual connection with the Mediterranean Sea. Throughout its various transformations, the hotel has evolved to become a benchmark of innovation, wellness and excellence on the Costa del Sol. Among the architects who have participated in this project is Robin Chiang, recognized as the creator of the international terminal of the San Francisco Airport, among other emblematic works worldwide.

2023 Med Two A remarkable architecture on the Costa del Sol built after the success of Med One and that differentiates it from any other with its elegance and movement in its architectural forms.

2025 South Residences The fluid and curved forms of nature have inspired this architectural work that combines them with the highest standards of habitability to ensure the maximum well-being of people.
